I initially met Tina via the Internet, where I saw her listings on Zillow. Her picture looked like she meant business so I contacted her. I'm glad that I did. Tina was so kind, responsive, professional and knowledgeable. On the same day I contacted her, Tina responded and even set up a search engine, which sent me potential homes on a daily basis. Aside from that she, called me regularly and continued to narrow her focus based on my feedback. A wonderful situation to have since I was moving 2000+ miles away. Sadly, due to some mistake/confusion by the broker at her office, I was prevented from utilizing Tina as my Realtor. Nonetheless, Tina followed-up, as a professional courtesy. She was still willing to answer my new-area-related questions and offered to meet me in person, just to welcome me to Fresno. What a class act! I am so grateful and thankful that we happened to come across Tina Torrence online while my husband and I were just starting out looking to buy our first home. We did call agents weeks prior to her with no return phone calls or telling me they couldn’t help me until I had a pre-approval letter in my hand. The day we called Tina, we did not have that letter; we did not even have a lender! We were not even sure if it was possible for us to qualify. Now we are writing this review at the exact time money is being transferred and the county is recording our first home purchase! We believe that Tina took a chance on us. She took the time to show us the first house we looked at knowing that we did not even know we could actually buy, but her words were, “well let’s just go look at it”. The road to buy our first house, no, our first HOME has been a long eight-month road full of multiple offers written and even more houses looked at. Tina never questioned us when writing offers, no matter how little we were offering she did it and tried her best to get an approval. She took our calls at all hours of the night, and showed us houses whenever we wanted, no matter what was going on in her personal life. Tina was always encouraging and straightforward with her knowledge of the real estate market. She told us when she thought we had chance or when she thought, we were off. Even when times got tough and the thought of us actually finding a house to buy started to drift, she would not let us think it was impossible. We even told her she could let us go as clients, but she would not budget. At the begging of our journey, she told us it would be a battle, but we would find our home and we would get the deal done! Tine has shown us we can accomplish things we put our minds to. She has shown me that I am a persistent woman, and that is not a bad thing. She definitely has complete faith in her clients. We would not have wanted to travel down this path with any other person. Let her travel down your path with you.
